Layer of points representing the abundance weighted per canyon of observed organisms during submersible dives in the Mediterranean continental canyons.
-
Concentrations of metals, organochlorines in surficial sediments (1st cm) in the Mediterranean coast, from RNO data.
-
Concentrations of metals, organochlorines in mussels and oysters from the Mediterranean coast, from RNO RINBIO data.
-
Layer of Polygons representing the distribution of organisms described in the bibliography and obtained by sampling in the canyons of the French Mediterranean.
-
Species distribution is provided as a layer of points representing in situ observations of organisms during submersible dives into the canyons of the Mediterranean mainland.
-
Levels of metal concentration (lead, cadmium, mercury), organochlorine (PCB153 and HCHg Lindane), PAHs (Fluoranthene) in mussels and oysters on the coast of the sub-regions English Channel and North Sea.

Physico-chemical monitoring stations are part of a network under the responsibility of the water agencies. Regarding the scope of strict thematic contribution "Hydrology," the monitoring stations do not come into account because they only measure the physico-chemical quality of the rivers. These stations are used only for calculations under fluvial inputs of pollutants / nutrients.

The data is provided as a layer of points representing the samples taken (operations) in the French Mediterranean. The lists of species identified corresponding to these sample points are in the Biocean database.
